i wonder if you can help me i am looking for a best buy option for a laptop max price 14k. it needs to be fast and reliable. what do u experts recomend? (it must be available in SA)

My vote is for an HP machine.

If you're not getting it for games, get a 6730s with P8400 processor. Solid, fast and REALLY nice looking
