Laptop reseller refund issues

So the reseller behaved in a very shady manner, both in the initial delivery eta and the refund yet @Crowley isn't saying who it was.
So the next buyer is going to be a sitting duck, not cool not to name them.

Don't sht talk them but they need to be held publicly accountable so future customers who may get similarly ripped off know that it’s a pattern and not a once off and also so the reseller gets a kick in the pants that hopefully wakes them up so they don't do this again.

I hope so, people can have issues, fair enough life happens etc the thing that is not on is when they cut comms, that's when things get really shady.

i'm thinking name the supplier - in that way all know that the reseller keeps their promise and can be trusted / relied upon
