laptop screen help

Hi Guys

Any idea what can cause a laptop screen to be come blury intermittently ?
The laptop is a Lenovo and partserve says they cannot recreate the problem but each time the user is working with it we
intermittently get it.

Just a guess here, I could very well be completely wrong. But perhaps the ribbon is loose. If you can open the laptop, try reseating the ribbon connector.
