Laptop USB port repairs

Hi everyone.
I have a faithful old Acer laptop that is running perfectly. However, I've managed to bend the pins in both of the two usb ports. I've been tempted to attempt the repair or replacement myself but think I may be out of my depth on this one.

Is there anywhere in Durban where one could recommend I take my laptop to have this repair carried out?

Wel, not many will undertate such job. Unsoldering such connectors can do even further damage to the motherboard. Not to mention, it will be difficult to find identical socket replacement.

Use two needles and try to straighten it up, then use USB bub and never unplug.
