I disagree. Lars worked to improve CellC, and did a lot. Before him CellC wasn't offering anything of value.

Edit: even after he left, you could see the passion he had to improve internet access in south Africa.
I heard him speak at last years MyBroadband conference.
He gave an excellent presentation on the need to improve internet access for all.

They are very good. Was there for 8 weeks. I was also told the tibillisi will have free wifi by the end on the year.
I stayed in Poti and got free wifi. Very good speeds as well.
