Last Man Down

Who needs ICASA anyway. They have never been able to get anything done anyway. Telkom will implode all by itself. We dont need ICASA anymore.
 
I almost referred to Telkom as Ica of SA, well maybe they are since they have regulated themselves on their own terms. If Ica of SA dies I don't think the'll be missed, well not by us and certainly not by Telkom. Maybe before we draw conclusions we should compare their achievements vs what they fell short on. I already know what side the scale is gonna tip to.
