Speed test and latency results to a local speed test server is useless, unless you are simply testing the last leg. If there is nothing wrong with your connection to your ISP, your experience to [xyz.com] will depend on factors like your ISPs ability to source backhaul/interconnects/etc with the ISP that xyz.com is using, not if you are getting 100mbps or 99mbps to speedtest.net.
