Latency issues - coming and going

Another day with Neotel starts to drive me crazy,insane,mad,frustrated at their service...

Just came back from a lovely rest and now have to deal with Neotel once again.. I truly give up contacting their offices as a result certain ticket numbers have not been resolved :(

Today i am experience problems with sites loads and sometimes have to refresh the page a couple of times ;(

Here are the results I just did :(

At least Neotel still has some form of internet connectivity even if you have to refresh a site 2 or 3 times before it loads. The IS and SAIX guys seem to be having it alot worse.

Exactly the same problem here, have been talking with tech support for the last 6 days several times a day.
Have also seen my speeds drop to around 150kpbs on average, 250kbps on a good day.

Timeouts, disconnects and slow speed :sick:
I am on Neoconnect Prime btw.
Have been like this since last week :(

So today's network problems is not really different than any other day.
