Also looking for something along the lines of interleave depth if you're able to find it under the stats page.
It depends on your distance to the exchange and modulation type, my average is about 22ms at 3km, you're probably at <1.5km and therefore get 10ms. VDSL would also decrease it.
Interleave versus Fast Path.
Interleave is to help with line stability, it syncs a little bit higher (usually about 20%), and does error correction on all packages. This adds 15-20ms delay between the exchange and your house.
Fast path just lets the packets through without inspection for errors, this will have the lowest latency.
