Latency on mweb 4mbps home account

The past few months have been wonderful in WoW -- my mweb account has given me an average of about 220ms whilst doing anything. I was very impressed and happy that I no longer needed to keep a SSH tunnel open to play WoW.

But the past couple of days its been hovering around 600ms-800ms without SSH. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this with the R1k/pm mweb 4mbps account?
 
Nope between 170 - 240 ms average every night... there was once or twice an occasion it went up to 350 ms...
This is from CT Northern suburbs on a 4 meg ADSL via proxy.
 
was fine without a proxy just now, pm will the mweb rep on the forum, or post reply on the gaming mweb thread, he will help you out.
