my lowest has been 320 in feralas at 2pm on a saturday a few months ago, im on 3g with 2bars reception, strange tho, i was on TK last nite, clearing VT trash and had a 380 latt, thats the lowests its been in outland

Ye, but for how long? 
As I log in, mine always sits very low 200ms, but then soon reality sets in; 500ms.
I'm using AxxessAfrica unshaped.

380 at the lowest on 3g with 5 bars (-61dbm). Average 500 - 900. I did have a nice 24k the other morning .....

wonder how one would work around that with stopcasting macros
BTW, with some new macros I have written for my mage, using /stopcasting I was able to boost my DPS from 560 to 720

No idea, but probably the same reason why mine is at 0ms when I log in.
