Latest Java 7u40 down load problem

Hope somebody can help , I have been trying to download Java 7u40 now a few times but gett an error msg. the down load is corrupt !

I have removed the older version .

I have run CCleaner

I run clean drive

And removed previous downloads

What can be the problem ?

I need it for Standard bank business online to work after they have done a upgrade to their system .
