Would it be better to replace the rim with some aftermarket ones (looked at some black revo rims) ?

:wtf: are you sure they ddnt quote for the whole front of the car?! a nice set of aftermarket rims will the trick.... the black evo rims would look sweet
 
Scrap yard? Im sure there are plenty of wrecked golf R's.


But yea, maybe if it was solid gold it would be worth it.
 
WHAT!!!!!??? WOW that is a ripoff.
So long as it fits with your car ascetically and same size.
My Uncle with a farm in Standerton likes to say "GP, Groot Potholes, MP, Moerse Potholes and FS, Feckn Sloote.

Do you get to keep the machine that mills and sculpts the rim as well? :wtf:

To think that I paid less than that for my KLR650 in 2009...
 
1) Claim from insurance

2) Claim from municipality, there is a way but you need pictures of pothole and damage with gps co-ords and street info.

I hit centre islands (sidewalk height) twice in the 90's during my irresponsible years (yeah, we drove drunk back then).

Rim repair shop repaired it 100% and it was a lot cheaper than replacing it.

Why I am asking for a Pic, some damage can be repaired and others not
 
The must be a typing error somewhere it's one rim so clearly it can't be R16950. Or it's four rims for that price did you phone to confirm the price if it's for the set or one rim.
