Lead CRM Developer. R750k. Braamfontein. Strictly EE position.
Key Responsibilities: -
To develop and implement CRM solutions in line with business requirements(including enhancements to existing processes and procedures, development of new functionality, etc.) within broader company BI vision.
• To maintain and do problem resolution within existing processes.
• To liaise with Users, Business Analysts and support staff
• Mentor, development and up-skilling of junior team members
• Guide Developers and ensure successful delivery of projects
• To provide written and verbal feedback to users, team members and management.
Qualifications
A minimum of matric but a tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Systems will be an advantage.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Microsoft Certified Developer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an advantage
Experience
At least 10 years’ experience in the following:
• C# or VB.net Development
• 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 or 2011 Customization and Development
• Knowledge of Microsoft.Net 2,3,3.5
• Web Services
• Windows Communication Foundation
• Windows Presentation Foundation
• Class libraries
• Windows Services
• Windows Forms Applications
• Database Development in SQL 2005/2008
• Transact SQL
• SQL Reporting Services
• SQL integration Services
• JavaScript, VB Script
• HTML
• XML
• ASP.net
• Silverlight
• CTI (computer telephone integration)
Experience in the following would be a distinct advantage but is not essential:
• Experience in the insurance industry
• IAA(insurance application architecture)
• Middleware Integration (BizTalk)
Knowledge
Planning methods and techniques
• testing methodologies
• data access techniques
• debugging tools
• Broad IT knowledge and discipline specific knowledge
• Knowledge of Systems Development life cycle processes
• Data Warehousing
