Hello Chaps :) (trying to manage a smile)

I've installed various drivers from the flippen Leadtek site and after re-boot I still get that f@$%&n driver install pop-up. My device screen show a multimedia controller & multimedia video controller that needs drivers.

Please help,

Thank you in advance :) (again trying to smile after two hours of trying to install this thing)

have that exact card and getting it to work on media center on windows 7 proved to be more difficult than rocket science. i finally found drivers that work. google (EagleXT.6.0.109.7000.whql) and make sure to use vista realtek hd audio drivers to enable cd audio in sound options coz 7 default drivers dont have it. let me knw how it turns out.

I'm looking for the same driver to make the card work in win7, but the search results are not in english, do you have a link perhaps? Also, I can't find the vista specific realtek hd audio drivers, im getting ones that are compatible with vista and win7 and they don't work. I must agree, getting this card to work on non-xp is just a problem!

You can also try these: http://cid-34b76be696b4e2c1.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Veřejné/leadtek%20-%20Windows7^_Build7232.zip

Haven't tried these so not sure if they will work. The above do work though that's what I'm using now.

Thank you Romito, but how are you installing these drivers??? The normal right click > install nor does the update driver in device manager work.

right click on the tuner in device manager to update driver then choose the browse option to select the folder containing the drivers.

yes i am using media center to watch tv but when i record theres no sound, havent figured out a way to get around it yet coz am planning to upgrade to a dvb_t tuner.

Thank you for all the help Romito but I've tossed the card in the bin this afternoon in sheer frustration. I back tracked to installing XP where it worked for a while, I think the card is stuffed (I haven't used it in years).

I'm gonna look around for a better card now that the WC is around the corner.

what specific error do you get? did you go to control panel~realtek hd audio device~right click~update drivers~browse~folder~vista~32bit/64bit?
