Learner driver drove into my car, simple bumper bash, then the panelbeater stuffed up the repairs and had to redo it.
Total cost was over R30k which he had to pay out of pocket. You want to risk your insurance/parents insurance not paying out then be free to drive with only a learners.

That is true, I meant that they are quite high in the context of traffic fines.
