Leave Mweb and join Domains ?

Been with Mweb since they started , my iafrica.com email address and my .co.za website. I cannot change or add to my website without going through loads of hoops, OTPs, passwords etc etc. Managed once in 20 years.....nw need to update it monthly but I cannot get OTPs, cannot retrieve passwords OR CONTACT THEN IN ANY WAY!!!!
Is it easy to change to someone else ?
No knowledge at all , so needs to be simple and easy.

You will need to register a new domain and then forward your @iAfrica mail to the new domain and notify all of your contacts of the change, and update any mail subscriptions and web profiles that use your old email address.

So the address has to change ? No such thing as automatic forwarding to a new one?
Also, anyone actually have a way to contact a real person at Mweb ? I even asked D Data who can't help......
