Leave MWEB for Telkom Uncapped

The issue I have is, I may very well be doing 300-400 gigs per month however take now for example, I am trying to download 4 x series episodes.
I am on 10mb sync
I am on 4mb uncapped Mweb
I am not getting more that 250kb/s in total.
This is unacceptable.
And its before peak times so I should not be throttled. :mad:
