I am with MWeb. A lot of my emails from regular senders go to Junk. I marked them as trusted, and I marked the domain as trusted, but it persists.

Naturally, tech support from Mweb sucks.

I've just been helping someone with Mweb email issues. Lots of her email wasn't coming in. I get on to her webmail, and send test emails from Gmail 1 goes through, the others never show up. I try to sign her up on their stupid Antispamcloud which needs a whole different password; the password reset email never arrives even after dozens of retries. (Some arrived days later). But i saw something briefly appear in the inbox, so I set up a rule to forward all email to my Gmail. Bingo, a password reset arrives there...but is not in her inbox. I set the antispamcloud password - 25 characters...

Their filtering has become rubbish since their "upgrade".

Don't just mark it as trusted/allowed in the email client, you need to do it in their antispam cloud.
