Makes preparing food a breeze

Yussie dude, that much light at standard ceiling height?!?!?! :wtf:

I wouldn't be able to prep food in that, it would just blind me.

Are you perhaps a midget?

Suddenly I realise apparently my setup is not as common as it feels

Can you imagine waking up late at night needing to take a whizz. Next thing you turn on one of these floodlights. Arc eyes.

That's the only part of my setup that I regret. I have sunglasses besides the bed for midnight Whizz trips.

Don't be a lettucehead.
Get a warm, low-light bulb for bathroom trips / pre-bed light.
You don't need exposure to high-intensity blue/full spectrum light at 2am when you're going to the toilet.

Ever shaved/makeup/morning ritual in the mirror with a dim light you'll show up to work looking very weird.

So I have the CFL right in there.

On the plus side torturing Thor using high intensity lighting won't work
