Left leg, hip stuffed

I do not recommend going to the public hospital/clinic. There's plenty of cheap R300-ish doctors scattered around the suburbs - go see one of them and get a proper diagnosis and medicines.

Just tough to find that R300 doc who's actually going to give a crap and diagnose correctly. But same goes for hospitals I suppose.

I would start with a physio over a doctor personally.
Other than that, doing daily stretching routines for hip mobility has done wonders for my aches and pains.

Stretches are my jam, since visiting my Chiro all those years ago. I try and do them as often as possible.

Thanks folks. Appreciate the feedback and links. After reading @Shake&Bake post and link I realise that might be the cause. I sit a lot in front of a PC. My posture isn't good and it could definitely be spine related. I believe it was stuffed due to the vigorous walk, but the spine/posture story worsened it.

That's what sent me packing to the Chiro at the time - and I was in way better shape than I am now. I was like the Hunchback of Notre Dame in my moer from Hamstring shortening.
Sciatic nerve. Some people are prone to it, some not. The best solution is theraputic stretching daily - even twice a day if you can. Especially the lower back, hamstrings and hip flexors. It will come right on it's own usually. I will PM you some stretches to try.

^That is the golden DIY remedy, truly :)

Thanks again folk's. Haven't viewed the videos yet. Working till now. I'll check it tomorrow hopefully.
