Don't know if this is the correct category to post under.

I am dealing with a bit of an unscrupulous Armed Response company at the moment. I have actually just had enough of them. In my opinion, they are in contravention of various sections of the Consumer Protection Act. Does anyone know of any Attorneys that actually deal with these types of cases? Most of the Google'ing I did turned up representation for the company in these cases but not the consumer.

I am just tired of dealing with these people and need to step it up.

I'm no lawyer but a company who is not delivering is unlikely to change their habits just to suit you.

Best start by cancelling your contract and then waiting for the proverbial to hit the fan ...

That's just the problem. They are refusing to cancel the contract despite of them not delivering.

Read the contract you signed with them, It should have a clause about cancelling which will set out how to cancel the contract.

If they are not performing as contracted send a letter notifying them that they are in breach for failing to do ??? and afford them time to rectify it (either the time stated in the contract or if nothing is stated give them a month), and stating should the breach not be rectified you will proceed to cancel the contract.

After that if not rectified send them a notice stating that they have failed to remedy their breach within the afforded period to do so and you are cancelling the contract due to there breach.
