Lemons

I have a big bag full of lemons. Aside from giving it away, what uses can you suggest for it? I normally only use it with seafood or in some drinks.

Use juice to make lemon icecubes.

Ideal to use later.

Equal volumes juice and sugar.
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Bottle in sterilised glass bottles.
I found that chutney bottles work well.

To use, mix 1 part squash with 5 parts water.

Also nice with sodawater.
