Received the above laptop,however the graphics on there is really bad and the specs indicate hd but im not able to stream hd as it appears blurry. Is there anything I can do?Not in the market to buy a new one.

Specs on the laptop and your stream is two different things all together.
Specs will only be capable displaying HD depending on a fast enough internet speed.
You need faster internet.

Thanks but this applies to blue ray or hd dvds as well?

The laptop only has a resolution of 1,366 × 768 so thats below full HD. So your not going to get that high-quality streams and also BlueRays will be the same.
If you connect it to an external FHD monitor you will get better quality.
