lenovo ideapad y500

Hi, im looking for the lenovo Ideapad Y500, i dono if it is in south africa yet, as its not on the sa lenovo store yet. it has the following specs on the US site and goes for apparently 850 dollars:

3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3630QM, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT650M 2GB

was wondering if anyone is selling it here, and for what price? u can send me a message if you know anyone selling it.

in usa it comes with gt750m now also a sli option.

AFAIK we don't get this models here.

Im curious to know what kind of laptop you did eventually get, as I m currently looking at the y500 as well, I do see that Computer Mania has it for R9999

hi I eventually got a Lenovo y560p from incredible corruption for R5999 in woodmead it was a demo model (used for display), has a quad core 2nd generation i7-2630, 750gig 5400rpm HDD 4gigs of Ram, Amd hd 6570, Windows 7 professional. I was reluctant with the AMD, but for 6000 it was a very good dealand I'm not dossapointed by it, it's apparently equivalent to the GT 630. I know haswell was out, but performance wise there's not enough of a difference in CPU performance for me to feel bad about it. I know battery life is better, but I have a power source most of the time. It runs skyrim amazingly on high settings with a cooling pad so I'm happy with it.
