Leopard on Dell notebook

Has anyone gotten a patched (hacked?) version of Leopard to work within Vmware running on a XP-based Dell laptop? The ISO torrent is very big so I was wondering if it is worth the trouble.

You can run mac on a x86 pc. that is if you don't want to use Windows at all.... http://leo4all.wikidot.com/ look at that link it is called leo4all. Piratebay it as well. But a heads up read the instructions before installing it on a pc. otherwise it wont work....

Yes, but it is dog slow. If you want to go that route, rather setup another PC and test it out there before getting your Mac.

Naah - I have no need to test Mac, I have plenty experience, and have no desire to run a slow mac. Thanks for the links and info though.

I'm kinda hoping it works properly on the small 9" Dell. My work just announced we have a new employee benefit - rather large discounts on Dell kit.

Unless, of course, Apple does the right thing and bring us a really small, but fully featured MBP...
