Mint is one of them, so is PCLinuxOS. At least in South Africa, these aren't well-known. Who are using it, and why? Any users wanting to share their experience?

Sabayon: excellent in the networked office environment. Less Windows-like than Ubuntu or Mint.

Mint; a really rewarding user experience. Refined, smooth and stable.

AriOS: a pleasant interface and a likeable developer calle Mahdi, from Iran, who has been amicable and keen to assist personally. Can I chat with Bill Gates online? Mahdi does!

Try Peppermint, they combine elements of Ubuntu and Mint. It's lightweight, fast and stable.
