I really wanna get all this sorted out, just as you guys all want to aswell, coz you can't all just wanna complain about everything! I'm sure you all have better things to do with your time anyway!

Damn guys, if this guy's legit (no disrepect Kochira, but we've had posers before), then I say great. Its another person from within Sentech who at least can be networked with in resolving issues.
Dissing the guy upfront isn't helping anything. And flame me all you want, but all I'm saying is lets be constructive about things and give ppl an even chance. dw is a prime example of someone who posts and then gets flamed into submission. I mean come on. Freedom of speech and all that?

Alright, local speeds should be fine..
International speeds will probably be pretty crap, seeing as there is only like about 8MB of international Bandwidth for the whole of Farking SA! Thank you IS for that, you bastards..

So, help us guys, we here can't do anything without your support aswell, seeing as the public is, well, like, ummmm, EVERYONE!
 
Kochira how about giving us some details on the kinds of calls you are getting, on the processes you have to follow to get them sorted out (escalate to 2nd level etc), and maybe on who is encouraging lying to customers/giving you guys false info?

naw dude, running @ 14kb/s really cuts into the amount of porn I can download, plus for some reason it totally kills my local bw and international browsing..... just finishing up some downloads and I'm going to keep to surfing and testing speeds until things look up... or down... or up... or down....wait... the french porn channel is on

Okay - here are some questions.

1. Why am I paying R850p.m. for shared 256kbps that actually runs at international 48kbps when I could get Telkom's 384kbps ADSL for R650p.m. with ISP charges?

2. Why do I get the same shared international bandwidth as someone on the 128kbps package?

3. If the 128k, 256k and 512k package are in different bandwidth pools, how come they all have the same crappy international bandwidth limit?

4. Why shouldn't I be complaining? Wouldn't you complain if you paid for a more expensive service that delivered much worse results than the competition?
 
Lol wish i was admin and could look at the ip's. Would laugh if LG and kochira share the same ip's. Is this the other side of leave :D
