Let's talk about Sci-Fi movies

I agree, but some might not think the same. They qualify scifi as something that can happen. Time travel can't, or can it? Guess it depends... r-right?
No it's sci-fi, sorry dude. Fantasy is dragons and magic and stuff.

I did say i agree. Just want to know what others think. And you should really watch 3 again. Don't know why I also didn't like it, but after last night all 3 are on par for me.

Yea, I watch them every 18 months or so (nostalgia kicks in then it's all the star treks, predators, aliens, avp's and various other oldies).

It had a bit of a dark skies feel to it for me

It's an interesting one. Parts of it genuinely creeped me out. The story is far from perfect though. Still I found myself thinking about it for quite some time after it ended (which doesn't happen often). Had to go read more about what the director had in mind and it makes more sense now as well. Also he mentioned the possibility of a second movie.

Yea I watched transcendence directly after that (happens when you wake up at 4am on a Saturday morning) so lotsa thinking all round on both...

Star Trek or Star Wars... That is the question... Yoda vs Spock ?...Khan vs Vader?

Ok automata was really disappointing, started off interesting but got really boring soon after.

I hope The Signal will be much better.
