I’ve got too many frags. Thanks for reminding me about LB, going to go spray some nowI blind bought Khamrah 2 months ago ahead of the cooler weather. Been wearing that and FA Liquid Brun on cooler days.
Liquid Brun is a compliment beast.
You can't hide BO with cologne. Ever used toilet spray after you took a schit? Same thing...floral schit smells.Throughout my ~50 years I have found that the best cologne is having a shower 2x daily. Green sunlight laundry soap. Onion sack folded and stitched, as a scrubber.
I immediately associate somebody stinking of cologne, even if it's expensive, to bad hygiene. Human psychology - "why did they use so much? Maybe as a cover-up for bad body odour?"
very true and some of them are 1/10th of the priceI have become discerning cheapskate when it comes to fragrance lately. I have only been buying middle eastern houses for the last few months. The only designers I have bought have been when travelling (I travel internationally every month/6 weeks or so with hand luggage only, so grab a cheap designer frag at Big5 duty free on the way out for the trip).
Its hard to ignore some of the middle eastern houses. There are some bangers
I have quite a few that i paid like R300 for and they last all day. A lot of the Dubai stuff you need to leave for like 3 or 4 months after using a few times and they amplify like crazy. My most expensive one is French Avenue Liquid Brun and all mine last a good 6 to 7 hours on me.but also some of the dubai stuff are useless
i think around R500- R1000 price point you getting very good deals
below that and it lasts 20mins

You do need to be careful of fakes though. Like a lot of the stuff on Takealot is fake. There is Chinese clones of the dupes and they look almost identical.i think i need to do that and see
Takealot you will quickly know when to stay clear, is when you see fragrances like Afnan going for R400You do need to be careful of fakes though. Like a lot of the stuff on Takealot is fake. There is Chinese clones of the dupes and they look almost identical.
