Anybody seen the billboard for a documentary called Odour?I havent seen it, but the ad on the radio and from discussion with some colleagues, suggests that all big brand perfumes cost about R30 to make per bottle.
Seems to be some sort of marketing campaign disguised as a documentary
Yes, it's an advertorial for Fine Fragrances to sell their "smell alike" perfume. It seems they have opened up retail stores all over.Anybody seen the billboard for a documentary called Odour?I havent seen it, but the ad on the radio and from discussion with some colleagues, suggests that all big brand perfumes cost about R30 to make per bottle.

Modernist!I use the Whitewater flavor of Old Spice.
Where or what site do you buy from, and don't they slap you with hefty shipping fees and other costs? Where do you buy from and what site. And isn't the shipping fees expensive and the tax that Sars slaps you with?I use Grainville - Dior, Habit Rouge from Guerlain, Black Orchid from Tom Ford, Mister Marvelous from Byredo.
I buy them overseas though.
45% duties and vat is the killer when importing fragrance, it only works if you buy on overseas holidays.Where or what site do you buy from, and don't they slap you with hefty shipping fees and other costs?
