It really depends on the juice. There are a bunch of juices that go against these fragrance laws. Joop Homme and Ted Lapidus have better longevity than many Parfum juices out there and they are just eau de Toilette concentration. Similarly, Aramis Devin is another aeu de Cologne known for impressive longevity.

I also have a Gerlain Homme that is aeu de Parfum concentration and it barely lasts a day on my skin.

Longevity relative to what?
Dior Cologne has amazing longevity for a light fresh fragrance, not quite to the level of Sport but still impressive nevertheless.

Tip : I rub vaseline on my inner wrists, inner elbow, neck and behind ear, then i spray.

Sleeper hit Paco Rabanne Pure Xs, this stuff is really good, long lasting and smells great.
Reminds me of Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme Edp, plenty reviews on YT raving about it.
Apparently the Pure Xs Night Parfum is also very good, I haven't tried it yet though.

Let us know how it goes... Imo, a winter fragrance doesn't always have to be worn in winter, unless it's a heavy projecting/dark fragrance.
