Every Gatsby I’ve tried (Cosy, Aneesa, Mariams) in the past year has had a sub-standard (imo) bread roll (dry, tasteless) - maybe I’m just getting picky in my old age….

standards have dropped, prices have gone up

have you had steelies in waterfront or canal walk, they do a good full house steak

The final vid of their SA tour has dropped, they're in CT.

Time constraint (only 1 day for whole of CT) meant Gatsby was at Steelies at the V&A.

Comments were brutal as to why did they not go to CC or Golden Dish etc.

eg instead of "ForYourInfluence bra goes to Mariam's for a masala steak gatsby",
it could be "ForYourInfluence bra goes to Mariam's for a masala steak gatsby, he didn't like it",
or "ForYourInfluence bra goes to Mariam's for a masala steak gatsby, loved it 8.7/10"

Just helpful for those who can't or won't watch the vid. Use it / don't use it, no worries

yeah if you hit play on that video in FiestaST's post it starts at that timestamp, he says:

and you get like a flat piece of steak like that, I don't see this very often in gatsbys

he goes on to imply gatsbys more commonly have steak strips / almost pulled beef style slow cooked steak
which just makes me think he has not tried that many masala steak gatsbys, because as you say, it is very common to find tenderized steak in them
