bit late to the party, but i have had my fair bit of run in's with this company. Im have a 20meg standerd wireless account with them. Some tech guys there are simply great. Then you get some that will tell you that the reason your ping is 400ms to a local IP is because my network adapter cant handle all the traffic coming through it. Mind you i have a gigabit router and a 10gigabit NIC. But a 20meg connection is simply too much for my adapter. I even saved this conversation we had over Teamviewer so my friends could also have a laugh.

Like employers who expect you to have 30 years experience when they hire you at 20?

I actually see that a lot. Employers looking to employ school-leaver aged people for like R2k a month, but wanting them to be skilled in office, etc with two years experience.

Every now and then I email them asking them on a level between 1 and 10 how stoned they are.
