Long story short, my download got corrupted.
Looking for someone with the latest Aion build 1.5 ( i think ) so that i can copy it.
 
K the torrent basically died on the patch , really despirate for the most current client on Aion . Anyone that can help me . I will pickup in Cape town area or pay shipping for DVd with it on outside cape town.
Please anyone help me?
I dont wanna miss out on the the jumpstart.
 
Dusk, maybe look at tyger valley BTGames. Btgames have copies of the clients. Think you will have to bring a DVD or 2.
 
I got the copy from them , but it wasnt the most current one.
Hence i had to download a 3Gb patch . BUT halfway through iburst had network problems and the constant disconnects corrupted my download of the patch so i had to start redownloading the patch via a torrent. In the meanwhile the corrupted download /redownload got me capped without the patch finishing so my iburst account was only running at 5KB .This took so long that the torrent now only has one seed so im downloading at 1KB/s so at this stage its gonna take forever.

So at this stage im desperate for either the 1.2 to 1.5 CBT to OBT -patch or the complete up to date patched client.

Sheesh i didnt even know there is 2 extra patches also argg.
Has anyone got an uncapped connection that is willing to download it for me and ship it?
I will pay the shipping ofcourse.

Isnt the official game being released next week anyway?
 
yeah but he has the pre-select which gives pre-order keys a 5 day headstart from everyone else.
 
Will the Aion Online Game, contain all the up 2 dated patches ? When it comes out nextweek ? Or will we need to update and download patches for it still after instalation of the retail game..
 
Considering that it was boxed and distributed a while back - I can only assume we'll be smacked by a patch after installation.

As is the case with any online game these days.
 
Thats gonne suck... Because yesterday i download a 4gig patch to get my client up 2 date aswell.. After that i wanne to copy the client to my GF's PC so she have it aswell.

Big mistake i was trying to see witch folder contain the data so i went to change folder names.. found the right folder and after i changed it back to the name it was.. Then all of a sudden it wanne to repatch 4gig even when i got it right again now its bomming on a Gamegaurd errors and with chinise langauge.


ITs not like wow copy paste and play this is annoying!!
 
That's a pretty good way to lose a client base even before they play the game. :/


Look on the bright side: The harder it is to install - the less chances are of dumb smacktards flooding the servers :D
 
Anyone here that knows someone at BT games?
Can you guys download the patches as they come out so we can grab it from you?
 
I take it i am gonne need to redownload the patches now ? Unless Tygervalley BTGames got the up 2 date client.
 
I got mine from tygervalley m8. They only have 1.2
Unless they updated it IN WHICH CASE I need the updated version

People there are always willing to help, thats how i got my client.
