Any comments on:

Philips DVDR610 (Hifi Corp R1099) - some bad reviews here

Last Weekend, I bought the Daewoo DH-6105D for R2100 from HiFi Corp. It has A 80GB Hard Drive in it Apart from recording two channels on DSTV like what the PVR unit can do, It has most of the bells & whistles you could ask for. Pause Live TV for up to an hour, Recording different qualities of video from 16 hours Ultra high quality to 94 Hours Extended play on the hard drive. Write these to DVD (1 Hour Ultra High Quality up to 6 Hours Extended play). You can even keep mp3's on Hard Drive about 8 GB's of them or even write it to DVD.

I think it's quite good value for money.
