LG G4

Does the G4 have a test framework (for example Samsung Galaxy phones is accessible via *#0*#)?
I want to buy a used G4 but I have been scammed with clones (Galaxy Note 4) before and looking for a sure-proof way of verifying the authenticity of the G4.

Is there anyway to change the task list/recent tasks view without root, the stock tiles used are too big you can't fit many of them in the screen and annoyingly you can't touch next to the tiles on an open part of the scree to jump back to the home screen.

que?

if you are in an app, or in the recent tasks list, just press the Circle to go back to the home screen.
if you have many recent tasks, just scroll up and down until you find what you want.
if you just want to go back to where you were, just press the Triangle.

Not sure what's difficult about that, or I don't understand what you mean.

I seem to suffer randomly (not all the time) from the notification led blinking when there's no new alert and screen is off.

Yeah its a known bug from what Ive heard. strangely, I don't notice it at all.

it is a known bug, and I believe part of the reason the roll-out of marshmallow was slowed down.
its my theory, but I think LG wants to fix the notification light bug in marshmallow

Yes that is an accurate description of the stock task list and soft buttons!
Not answering my questions though :(

Well, you trying to use something in a way it wasn't designed for. I don't understand how the "tiles are too big"? too big for what? So you can tap next to it? You aren't supposed to tap next to it.
