LG G4

Seems to work fine switching with the system task list via the block button.

Alt-tab /last app function is built into Android OS and you can assign it to a swipe via 3rd party apps. So in essence you can switch between 2 apps, the current app and the last used app, instantly with just a swipe, no need to press the square, wait for the task list, select the app etc, instant joy!

Really missing it, would live to get it working on my G4, works on all my other devices running KitKat.

That sounds like a disaster for gamers. I can just imagine constantly switching back to my browser every time I swipe to change lanes in an Endless Runner.

Remember what I said in the other thread, you still doing it

But back to the topic, anyone use Alt-tab type app switching on their G4's?

I dont use at-tab type app switching I just use the built in feature.

but hey it wont be long until the g4 will be on marshmallow and we will see if it works there...

Does the screen off quick peek stop working if you use Nova Launcher, ie not the stock launcher? Seemed a little buggy before though

also works fine with Action Launcher. The peek has nothing to do with lock screen or launcher actually.
I have discovered the screen being off is not enough, the phone must be locked for it to work.

Why does the native G4 launcher/desktop look almost identical to Nova Prime, are they somehow linked?

Can that sync with Outlook or Emclients task list?

I use MPE and it syncs all my outlook calendar, contacts, notes, tasks, as well as any folders on my laptop, directly to my G4, via WiFi, bluetooth or USB - I don't do the cloud stuff

That sounds interesting, what's MPE?

Use the debloater tool to disable them all if you don't want to root.
Could someone please give a link to the correct tool for the G4, or the one they used, as per the Internet there's a million websites talking about the debloat tool, some linking to different XDA threads , others not. Not keen to brick my phone
