LG V20 - class from top to bottom

Confirm, it's a great phone.

Been having it for a couple of weeks now, and I cry about my iPhone 7Plus decision ever since.

Does it have the same screen ghosting/burn-in problems the LG G5 has, I am hating mine because of it, if I use it for longer than 45 minutes all my notifications and even the keyboard displays visible ghosting....

Various peeps' brand loyalty aside, all must concede that this is a remarkable piece of kit.
Would gladly give a nut for one.

@Jan - care to justify this statement?

From the industrial design and secondary screen through to its advertising campaign, LG has kept what worked with the LG V10 last year and improved on it.

There is very little advertising about this phone... I still see LG and the MNO's promote the G5 piece of crap over this. Will be interested to find out why you said that.

IIRC, Vodacom has a exclusive on the V20.
Even so, at R10,999 with the 3d camera it's good value

What did you hate so much about it. Asking because I'm considering leaving android for the first time for the 7+.

It's boring. Fukk me, it's boring.
It's like a clean white room. Everything in it, is white. No dust. No option of changing it from white. The room has no windows. The room has no doors. You are trapped in side. What do you do? What do you do?

That's the best description of ios I have come across

You jailbreak!!! But yes, I agree, vanilla iOS is incredibly dull coming from Android. Jailbreaking gives one just enough freedom to keep it interesting though. Pity one isn't readily available for iOS 10...

And the freedom is what actually put me off an Android device!! I couldn't put the thing down for 2 seconds (S4)

Honestly, the LG V20 seems extremely simliar to the Nexus 6P in terms of specifications and even the look. It has an upgraded CPU and 1GB more RAM though.

Given the price difference, I'll probably stick to the Nexus 6P - been running Android 7.1.1. for more than a month.

The V20 made it easy to forget my Note 4.

Might stick with LG even if/when Note 8 is released.
