In isolation you could say the costs are alright but when you consider the fact that JHB is about to become heavily tolled, and the roads that aren't being tolled are in a shocking state it becomes a bit sickening.. Atleast they do maintain the roads in CT and the fees are justified..

WTF is our R380 going towards?

yep, there's a guy specially employed to do just that...sit at a desk at the exit, with that round machine (looks like those huge heavyduty paper punchers) & a notice saying *R5 disc cutting*... will take a pic next time I go there
