Hi
ICASA have now lifted their moratorium on processing licence applications and registrations as well as applications for numbers. They will deal with applications already made as well as new registrations for class electronic communications service licences and class electronic communications network service licences.
Where it is a new registration you will need to give an undertaking that you will pay the registration fee once these have been finalised (probably early next year). In the draft Licence Fee Regulations ICASA have indicated that it will cost R10 000 to apply for either of these licences.
