Life after Xneelo?

As the title says, which companies provides decent hosting with cpanel, and support like Xneelo used to offer?
Support as in a human answering the phone, and email, no silly website chats.

I have come across domains.co.za, and cloud.co.za that looks fairly decent, any comments on cloud.co.za?

It is for hosting clients' websites, all small sites with one database. Daily backups with access to restores super important.
