It is for the lazy people amongst us, myself included !
It is a pre-prepared file with plastic sheets, dividers, index, etc. already done and the various topics that are covered, include personal details, insurance policies, educational certificates, wills, share and unit trust portfolios, list of assets, finance and banking.
