There's actually a bunch of similar things making the rounds again... complete with hologram stickers and people doing the "put this on and now I won't be able to push you over" demonstrations again.

Bro I still have one, my golf handicap changed instantly from 50 to 3 and I am unable to lose my balance, I literally sleep standing up it is impossible for me to go vertical.

They are excellent to be quite frank, personally I find they work best if you double up on them.

Bonus is if you get a Kambrook Air fryer and put the patch on it, it cooks in a 3rd if the time of a Philips Airfryer.

When they're used up you can also get the last of the infrared out of them by making a tea with them. Dunk those puppies in hot water for a few minutes and soak up the infrared goodness.
