Coincidentally, I was in Kalk Bay a few months ago, sitting at Bootleggers with my wife, and what I initially thought was a nice lady, turned out to be an undercover LifeWave sales conscript.

Even as a scam, they way she sold it was amusing. I had some fun asking her how exactly does it work, and then poking at her claims. Needless to say, we left and then avoided Bootleggers for the rest of the week.

It's a silly pyramid scheme. At least Tupperware was useful.

My wife specialised academically in marketing. Her favourite analogy is that if you put dog turds in a brown bag and market it right, you can get rich selling it. It is not the product, like in this case, a proverbial turd, but the marketing that counts. There will always be a buyer.

I walk barefeet whenever I can, once got a splint, pulled it out and ignored the smallish wound. Got a wart for my lack of care. Went to the doctor, he cut it out. It grew back. Went to another doctor, who referred me to a podiarist.

Podiarist said I should buy an homepathic medicine. He did cut away the dead skin.

That **** worked. Destroyed the wart.

I need to find the name.

Edit: tried googling it. But cannot find it. I remember it was an extract made from a tree from Canada.

Homeopathy doesn't do extracts. It does dilutions in water. Dilutions to the level where not a single molecule of the original substance still exists.

If you bought some natural medicine extract of tree bark that's not homeopathy. Homeopathic solutions are just water.

I can tell you a lot of people out there are living with some sort of pain. I am blessed, no pain. There are people willing to spend money on pain relief things and devices.
We never got those magnet things.
But we know friends who is using this plaster things and tell everyone how wonderful they feel now.
