Limewire Problem

For some reason my Wires of Lime has just stopped connecting. The first bar goes green on the connection meter at the bottom left of the screen, but it just stays there. I've deactivated both Windows Firewall and BitDefender with no luck. I haven't installed anything new that is related to firewalls/antivirus so I'm not sure what's up.

Any ideas? My ISP is Telkom ISP if that's of any random use.

Is uPnP enabled on your OS, router and in Limewire?

Might be a Limewire issue then.

Check out www.frostwire.com and get that. If that doesn't connect it's probably the network.

ok in vista without service pack you willhave problems connecting but then again you not running vista right.

If you're willing to risk it, you can put your computer in a DMZ and see whether that allows it to connect successfully (will help to pinpoint the problem).

OK this is really weird but it randomly connected now. After leaving it days and days when I finally post about it it connects...Murphy I tell you. Let's hope it keeps connecting! Will let you know if it doesn't.

You can always change the uPnP port AFAIK, might help sorting it out as well.
