So it's a new line. Was working great on 20Mbps with 16dB attenuation and like 10dB SNR.
After a very bad storm with lightning the line went down..... Cordless telephone not working and Mweb router is dead.
Removed everything and just plugged in a new router but the stats are horrible. Can't even sync @ 10Mbps with 35dB attenuation now and line drops like ever 3 minutes.
Now I decided to open the point and it looks like the wire is burned. Lucky does not look like a direct strike but looks like the wire got hot or burned a bit because it's black. I tried scraping it with a knife but it's not getting that clean copper look and stats are still pretty bad.
Looks like I need a new cable again or maybe they can just send a tech to change the pairs because the extra pair brown and green seems to be fine. The orange one is burned and that is one of the cables for my line.
