Line/ISP issues

Hello all

I've got a problem with my internet but I'm not sure whether to blame it on Telkom or my ISP (Mweb).:confused:

The problem is that every week day from about 10:00 - 16:00 my internet is VERY unstable and will often just 'go off' whenever it decides to. Now, it can come back on with a simple click of the 'Repair' button on my wireless connection icon but sometimes it requires me to restart my PC and sometimes I just have to wait it out:( (this can be quite a while).This will occur from Monday - Friday and thankfully on the weekends my internet almost never experiences any problems:).

Apparently the Telkom line in my area (Glenwood,Durban) is not very good so that might explain the erratic disconnections I experience.

All that I'd like to know from you people is whether to give Telkom or Mweb a call as I'd really like this issue resolved.
 
Telkom & MWEB is most probably the worst combination... ask Telkom to check your port in the exchange and change your ISP to Afrihost.
