need your advice/help urgently…..I have a one meg line installed at home on telkoms promotion…,but experience major buffering/lag when I play fifa online or surf youtube or anything that can play videos…Please tell me whether this is normal..I had a Telkom technician at my house and he did a speed test and said it is fine..I went onto a site called speedtest.net and the reading I got was 0.42 kbps..the technician then said I must multiply it by 1000..is this true?If I move to another isp will my speed improve,or is it a problem with the router? Your advice would be greatly appreciated..what do I do if the Telkom technicians say that this is the correct speed..to give you an example it took me 1 hour to download 48megs on Sunday..something just doesn’t seem right..
