Line sync stuck on slow speed...

...no matter how line is is good:

Logged line noise with them.
 
What package are you on. IE what should your line speed be?

Telkom Internet 4Mbit Uncapped.

Normal line sync is 5120/512, but last weekend line SNR and Attenuation changed places. So far, fluctuating between good and bad.

And more fun: no dial tone and horrible audible noise.

Logged "Line Noisy" on Monday, received call on the same day that it is going to be attended by technician "tomorrow".

What I tried so far, resetting router, powering off for 30 minutes, changing plugs.. It plainly stuck on 3328.

Tried to reach Telkom through chat, they kept asking embarrassing questions like ID no, Address, Account holder, WHEN they can get it all through affected landline number!
 
So, line stabilized over a couple days. Sync changed to 4096, BUT it still behaves like 3328.
